Detesto que saibam contar

  💗  É incrível ver o quanto as crianças crescem nesta fase dos 4 anos.

As birras dão lugar a conversas, brincadeiras de meninas e a histórias imaginadas nos livros.
Quase todos os dias os mostram que sabem coisas novas, mais uma palavra, mais um número, mais uma letra, mais um detalhe no desenho...

Mas a Pilar, que nunca gostou de ficar para trás, não se deixa intimidar por toda esta sapiência das irmãs.
No outro dia servi uvas para o lanche e ao chegarem à mesa, a Constança, que agora conta tudo o que pode começou a contar as uvas... "15! Tenho 15 uvas" disse com um ar satisfeito.
De seguida a Beatriz conta também as dela e a Pilar começa a contar as dela "1,2,3,4.... Muitas, eu tenho muitas uvas!"  E lá começa a comer a fruta após esta contagem express!

Como dizia no outro dia a uma outra mãe, Adoro que elas saibam contar e estejam entusiasmadas mas detesto que saibam contar! 😉

💗 It's amazing to see how much children grow up at this stage of 4 years.
Tantrums give way to conversations, mummies play role, and stories imagined in books.
Almost every day they show me that they know new things, one new word, one number more, one more letter, one extra detail in the drawing ...

But Pilar, who never liked being left behind, is not intimidated by all her sisters' wisdom.
The other day I served grapes for snack time and when they arrived at the table, Constança, who now counts everything she can´s begin to count the grapes ... "15! I have 15 grapes," she said happily!
Then Beatriz also counts hers and Pilar begins to count hers "1,2,3,4 .... Many, I have many grapes!" And so begins to eat her fruit after this high-speed count!

Like I said to another mother the other day, I love that they know how to count and are enthusiastic, but I also hate that they can count! 😉
